Hello Sir,
I purchased to wardrobes from Housefull furniture marathahalli store on 22march. Reference no : HDC:1022/2014/701 and booking no: 102222314159.
Invoice no : 5137.
The wardrobe was delivered on 3rd april and one of them was damaged. I raised a complaint and vendor raised a complaint(complaint number (CC/2014/4/107).) and sent an email that replacement before 18th april. I cald up customer care and to my shock they have no updates and said that it will take another 2 weeks. I have wasted good some of money calling the customer card at -022-67239800 / 67239786 and emailing them at bd@housefull.co.in & cc@housefull.co.in.
