Consumer Redressal

Sir, I have been viewing Tata Sky since last 5/6 years. Recently Tata Sky is adopting an unethical business practice: They are including some channels in different packages, and without taking any consent from the subscriber, they are increasing the tariff of the package. This means whether I see those channels or not I am to pay for it. Recently they have included some KID channels and increased the tariff. When asked, they say it cannot be reduced as it is included in the BASE PACKAGE. No my children age are 25 & 22, they do not stay with us, I don\'t need any KID channel, but I am forced to pay. TATA SKY IS UPWARD REVISING PACKAGE COST WITHOUT SUBSCRIBER\'S CONSENT, TAKING UNILATERAL DECISION. How do I get my complaint registered? All the mails I have sent to TataSky, copy sent to TRAI, but of no help.
