I have purchased a Solar Power System form Anu Solar Power Pvt. Ltd., 248, 8th Main, 3rd
Cross, 3rd Phase, Peenya Industrial Area, BENGALURU - 560058. Amount paid Rs. 1,05,000/-.
1. It was told that this system will save electricity bill as it generates energy from
solar system and payback period will be less than 7 years. This is shown as an example in
their manual given to me also. But no appriciable saving is found.
2. The unit purchased is supposed to tak 1000 wats load and 10% over load. But it is
taking a maximum load of 960 watts after repeated repairs.
3. It is supposed to change to solar power in the morning when battery gets charged in the
morning and to BESCOM when battery gets drained automatically. This happened in the
beginning and system developed problems later. We have to meddle with all four switches on the unit to get back power. Automatic change over takes ocassionally.
No action from manufacturer for many complaints and notices sent.
