I am a subscriber of Airtel DTH my consumer ID is 3002121208 and my package is Magnum Advance Rental HD Pack 12M.As per the terms any new channel introduced during the validity will be automatically incl.without charge.on 25th december they discontinued ESPN/Starcricker HD channels and informed me through SMS that Rs.125 will be refunded due to discontinuation.I still have the sms message in my phone. Now they say they will not refund as they have replaced the discontinued channel with 2 other channel one of which is not HD.this tantamounts to cheating.would appreciate your intervention
