Consumer Redressal

I had ordered one piece of Samsung Star 3 Mobile Phone Duos S5222 (Modern Black) order no. 10218118 costing Rs 4889/- on 19.03.2012 from online site www.timtara.com. The order was not shipped even after one month so I asked for refund. But more than 30 days have gone and I\'ve not received the refund. The customer care executives have no explanation why the refund has not been processed. I\'ve phoned them more than 20 times regarding refund but they are not at all concerned.
