Sir, i had got a bajaj bike in Bajaj Finance. They were supposed to take the payment of EMI by ECS. but they have not taken it and siezed my vehicle when the money was in the bank. they have not even given siezing order and got two police and siezed the vehicle. plz guide me what to do
