I would like to bring to your notice that I was cheated by one of your Dealer\'s Goldy Electronics, jacobpur road Gurgaon.
The dealer had sent me an outdated 2013 model of Hitachi ACE cut out (1.5 Tons, 5 star) AC.
It is extremely concerning that when I called the hitachi call centre I was told that it is none of their business and I need to take care of this on my own.
It is shameful that dealers misrepresent the models and mislead the customers. In the process I was arm twisted and made to bear the freight charges of 1100 RS for no fault of mine.
This calls for strict disciplinary action against the dealer and instructed to return RS 1100 on account of the freight charges and also compensate me for the mental harassment caused because of this mistreatment.
