Consumer Redressal

I am saving account holder in Kotak Bank. Before two month bank telecaller call for selling personal loan and advise me to forclose my earlier loan at lower interest rate. For verification they collect my personal documents and salary slips. I have not sign agreement copy because bank representative bring blank agreement and direct credit form. My previous banker asks for loan closing charges and new loan became expense so I have closed the process. But bank representative did forged signature and disbursal loan to me. They also did one mistake they have written wrong bank name on cheque. My previous banker not accepts that cheque Due to the forged signature and mistake two banks charging EMI to me from last two month. I already escalate this matter to nodal office of bank before one and half month but she has not taken any action regarding this.
