I have used service of Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd
The consignment number was UPB000932.
It was in the month of October 2013.
There were damages to my belongings in transport.
I had insurance done.
I had been interacting with one Ms Kusum and one Mr. Anil from Kolkata.
They are non committal on providing damages and showing extreme apathy towards my concern.
I need them to close this matter ASAP by providing me the solution by repairing the damages or providing equivalent money.
