Consumer Redressal

I had pre-ordered Moto X (Order number: OD40319028470) on the launch day (19th March,2014). The product is in stock from 7th April,2014 and yet the product has not been shipped to me. I have made several email communication where I was given false promise of EOD shipment for 4 consecutive days. On toll free number, the same was repeated and one of them told that shipment can\'t be made and she is going to cancel the order, realizing only later she was seeing something else on screen. If someone purchases expensive item, he is often suggested to purchase it from Flipkart as it can be trusted. Is this the trust they talk about? What is the difference between Flipkart and some new wannabe e-commerce start up who sell the product at much less price than Flipkart? I have been very patient till now but I now have no option but to explore legal options. EXTREMELY dissapointed Flipkart!
