I purchased an Airtel GPRS internet pack of Rs.98/- on 2/1/2013 at Pune from a local retailer.He took Rs.100/-.He charged Rs.2/- extra for no reason whatsoever.I demanded a cash memo for Rs.100/-.Instead he only gave me a receipt for Rs98/-.His behaviour too was very rude.His address is as follows:
