From: P. K . RAHA Message: Sir/ Madam, I (P. K . RAHAl) availing the DTH services of Videocond2h since Jan\'2010. A very disappointing issue has been created by this company that harassed me. The issue is as follows:- As I mentioned I took Videocond2h connection (Customer Id :- 45712406) on 11.06.2011 and on 01.11.2013 got recharged of Rs. 5770.00 that used by me for Annual Subscription of PLATINUM HD Pack that valid till 02.12.2014. Suddenly it is observed that the picture and sound are not proper. We cannot see the picture and listen the sound. The Complain was lodged on 05.04.2014 vide Complain No. 217821592. Technician (Mr Abhijit Hyke of Mobile No. 9883760600) visited on 06.04.2014. After inspection he inferred that the Set Top Box was damaged and needed to be replaced. I instructed to replace the Set Top Box with the assurance of paying the charges as applicable. But till today, Set Top Box has not been replaced.
