i had bought a 5 shirt pack of koutons shirts from 100bestbuy.com, on 11th march with full online payment made at the time of purchase, till date i have not received anything but false commitments from them that it will be dispatched in 2-3 days time every time i had called up their customer care/helpline.
this is breach of terms of transaction on 100bestbuy\'s part and they should be made to suffer for this.
moreover i should get my items ASAP.
have i made a mistake of paying full amount at the time pf purchase in good faith, when i also had an option of COD.
