Consumer Redressal

I was travelling in AC II tier coach in Gondwana and reached Nizamuddin today. Today early morning round about 5 AM I lost my mobile phone in the running train. Several people who was with me in the same coach, experienced the same fate, lost valuable articles, and they have also lodged FIR. Sleeper coach/general boggie was connected with our AC coach which was not locked from inside. We had contacted our attendant and reported this matter too, but not given any ear to our complaint. Now that we have lost our articles,. I have lodged FIR. I would request you to kindly give suggestions, what I have to do next for legal compensation.
