Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have purchased a product (Jacket)from www.99labels.com via order number-99443008 on 19-12-2012. On the day of purchase it was displayed that product belongs to United color of Benetton and actual price was Rs. 5000/- but it was on sale so i got it in Rs 1849/-. i have received the the product on Friday. Apparently the item was same as it was displayed during sale but the further examination revealed that it dose not belongs to UCB because it dose not have any product code number on it.I have mailed them about the problem but they have denied that their product is original. According to them i can sent the item back and use that much amount to purchase other item from their website and i will not get any cash back. I requested them to replace the product with original one but in any of their mail they are not replying clearly. they have cheated in the name brand.
