Consumer Redressal

Sir, My Consumer No is 23620 at the gas agency owned by Sahid Surjeet Singh Gas agency Hamirpur Distt Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh. I have taken the LPG cylinder on 11/12/2013 for non subsidized rate of Rs 1118. The subsidy for this cylinder has not been credited to my account no 55126124823 at state bank of Patiala Govt.Polytechnic Hamirpur at Baru branch Distt. Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh.I have contacted the gas agency in this regard personally and the incharge replied that you have not linked the Adhar Card with the bank so it cannot be paid. I have also contacted the Indian oil Corporation regional office Shimla in this regard on telephone and their reply was very strange in which they said that you go to the consumer court.I was away from the station at Chandigarh for the treatment of my father in law who is 87 years old.
