Consumer Redressal

I am Gourab mitra the sole clamaint of Lt.Rabindra Nath Mitra had claiming my amount for the last 3 years.the accounts belongs with the jadavpur branch in the name of Rabindra Nath Mitra. For the last 3 years I am trying to get my payment and produced details documents that the bank wants.I sent several mails to ombudsman and zonal office also but still no results. In last 2 months I have communicate with Mr.O.P Gupta regarding my payments as he said after march end he will give decision to my payments,now today morning when I ring him he tell me to communicate with ombudsman with showing arrogance as I have wrote complain about my claim to ombudsman on earlier and so they will give your payment not us. How a person who belongs to service industry holding a reputed position in bank misbehave to a customer like this.
