I have a complaint for my Samsung Mobile and the after sales service as my problem is persistent and my issues have not been resolved.
I have send several mails to Samsung Mobile department but have not received any reponse from their end.
So I kindly request you to look into the matter and help me and take some action against the Samsung Company.
