Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I was trying to withdraw some amount form Non ICICI bank ATM (OBC), But unfortunately the ATM got hanged & I couldn’t even enter my PIN,I tried for two three times but nothing happened. I moved to another ATM (AXIS bank) for withdrawal & realized that Rs 10000/- has been debited from my account against withdrawal from OBC ATM. I registered a complaint on ICICI Bank customer care via complaint no SR307875604 & they reversed the amount into my account on the second day itself. But yesterday the same amount got debited from my account which was bit surprising for me & when I checked with customer care they told that they have found the the transaction was successful. I have escalated the request again via complaint no. SR309544965 & again they have closed the request without any informtaion.I visited the nearest branch of ICICI Bank but they don\'t have any document available to show the transaction was successful. Request you to pls deal with this on high priority &
