Consumer Redressal

I am using Sundirect HD for 2 years and found that the company is misguiding general public stating it provides HD Transmission in 5.1 Audio; I tested and found that the Audio is just mono and not even Stereo; They are just fooling the customers and take them for a ride. I invested on a HiFi Bluray Hometheater by spending 20K and with this kind of Audio, my investment goes to drain as Sun Direct HD service does not provide 5.1 HiFi Audio . I request the Competant Authorities to intervene and do the needful in the interest of the consumers.
