1. I am using DEN services provided by cable operator in Kailash nagar area, dombilvli west 421202 falling under kalyan city district thane. Pathetic service is given by cable operators in our area. 2. In 2013 we paid for 2 set top box Rs.7200, for our home and till date we are facing bad signal issue, whenever we complaint we get to hear wire is short but no one comes to provide solution. 3. We just have cable operators number 8108888576, no name was provided to us to place complaint and no one comes to attend our problems. We are asked to report issues to a shop in the same area name Sachin tours and travels, Sai enterprises contact number 9769846585, 08097088576, if we place complaint here they say you have other options. Go and get dish TV for your home. 3. One of the horrible experience and rude behavior is what we get from the service providers here. 4. Request the authority to help resolve this issues at the earliest. I have also reported the issue with DEN networks.
