Respected Sir/ madam,
My PF number is # TN/MAS/35791/220438. I have been submitted my pf withdrawal & settlement form in May 2013 in my previous company M/s. Randstad India ltd. but not received my PF amount yet.
My employer has been provided 02 acknowledgement receipt regarding submission my PF claim form of diffrent diffrent date. whenever i asked to my employer how to possible to submit 1 claim form on 02 times, no any reqly received from him.
I am really shocked & surprising after received reply of my register grievance from EPFO, RO, Chennai office. They officially says in reply that \"Whenever member approaches M/s. Ranstad for claim status they are casually replying that claims are submitted to PF Office without verifying facts.\"
This is first worst company in my knowledge what service they are proving to his current and ex-employees.
Please anybody help me.
