i had applied for LPG connection in oct,13 at HP Ganga gas services,Palam Vihar,gurgaon & since a year i have been borrowing LPG cylinder from relatives & friends to cater my household requirements.
On 18th,March`14 a inspection guy from ganga gas agency came to inspect our kitchen and he entered remark that there is one LPG cylinder being used at my house & left.
On 25th`march`14 we received a letter from Ganga gas services that since we are using a Gas cylinder , so they can not provide me a new HP Gas connection.
I do not understand that why HP is not providing connection & how do they verify that the cylinder lying in my kitchen is in my name and not a borrowed one.
Do they think that till a person does,nt get a authorised gas connection one will stay hungry?
so, according to them either i should be starved to death or get food from outside for 12 months.
i want a strong action against Ganga gas services for this negligence and harassment of consumers.
Looking forward for a strong
