Consumer Redressal

In Omnitech i worked worked 22 months from feb 2012 to oct 2013. my project client is NCR corporation . it is nice concern and supporting employee. problem is fully in Omnitech infosolution ltd only it is located in mumbai. i am a payroll of this company only. its fully problamatic company. i resigen my job on october 5th 2013. HR are told your final settelement will release min 3 month or max 6 month. still they are not released my amount HR head mahalaxmi playing with my life. she only make a problem to release my amount. she is doing something. that concern not pick any employees calls not responce to mails also. if continuously mailed smple reply only i getting . client NCR is not released fund pending payment is there. i checked with my clinet mananger also MR Sharath manvi nice person. he is helping. each and every calls he is replied. he is checked with NCR account team and confirmed me. there is not pending payment with Omnitech all amount are release. but this Omnitech is playing with my life. i have lot of monney problem. kindly help me. and Omnitech is not process my PF. i dont know why they are doing like this i produced all documents.
