Consumer Redressal

Respected Sir,. My name is Nilesh B. Kukadiya residing at 77, Anmol Park-1,Sarthana Jakatnaka Surat,Today I went to Shreedhar Petrol Pump situated opp Jain Temple, L. H. Road, Varachha, Surat-395006. I fill up my bike\'s Petrol tank at there worth of Rs. 500/- around 10.30 A.M. the Petrol dispenser has reading of Rs.500/- but I was given bill of Rs.499.84/- which is lower than what I paid. I told him to issue bill of Rs.500/- but the attendant refused to do so. I was harassed there by the attendant. So I request you to take necessary steps towards this malfunction.I have enclosed the bill herewith this mail dated on 19-3-2014 bearing no.77620 . And I have doubt on the dispenser about the quantity released by the it. I have lodged my complaint to Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum Surat By mailing this details on cdrfsurat@gmail.com on 19-3-2014, but no conclusion has been drawn by the Surat Forum. So I request you to take necessary steps in this unfair practice. Encl: Bill issued by
