Sir,
This is to inform you that on 20/03/2014 I had sent 3 piece sarees through PROFESSIONAL COURIER (consignment no. MAA518216442) from chennai to Mrs. Joyati Sarkar, 371/1, Baijanti Apts, Bidhanpalli, Kolkata - 84. But the other party recieved only 2 sarees. On top the packet was torned, a tap was put on & stapled.
Plz help me in getting the compensation for the lost material.
