I m a resident of Varanasi (U.P.) and worked at Varanasi HQ as DSM from 15th March 2013 for Svizera Healthcare A Div Of Maneesh Healthcare Plot No-29/33, Ancillary Industrial Estate,Deonar,Govandi(E), Mumbai-400043. Due to strike in company from April 2013 there was change in higher management at Svizera Healthcare ,and i was one of the victim of that crisis and i was asked to resign against offer to clear my pending salary & expenses.On demand for salary & expenses i was asked for stop working & assured to pay my pending salary & expenses only if i resign. Further i resigned from my job on 17th December 2013 and i was assured by my seniors to clear all my pending,but till date even after completing all the procedure of company to get my pending i have been penalized.
