I have ordered a mobile phone Videocon V1546 @ Rs. 2,198/- vide order no 3001766028 on 9th DEc\'12 by phone based on Times of India paper advertisement. A consignment has received on 13th Dec\'12 through Blue Dart courier vide docket no:59075130262 on cash on delivery basis after the payment of Rs.2,198/-. The product received was found in damaged condition immediately after opening the consignment (mobile front touch screen glass broken). A complaint was lodged over phone with a complaint no 571157 on 13th Dec\'12 immediately. And was told by the company that it will be resolved with in 3 or 3 days by collecting back the product and replacement with new product. Even after several phone and mail complaints there is no action found tildate i.e even after 2 weeks. Lost my hope lodging this complaint. Please help me
