Soft Tech is dealer for Monarch company\'s twister video editing machine. My brother paid 1.72 lacs for TwiserLite video editing machine and software and as machine was not available at that time they give their used TwisterPro machine temporalily. Now this TwisterPro machine is locked as demo time is over. Now they are saying they will not be able to give TwiserLite machine and we have to take that used macine and also demanding 1 lac cash one time patment to unlock that machine. Otherwise they will not give back our paid money and also will not take their demo machine. And now we dont have capability to pay extra 1lac. How can we get our paid money back or the machine for which we paid to them?
