Consumer Redressal

I have linked LPG (HP Consumer # 373, Vijayanagar Gas Company, Hyderabad) with Aadhar in last June itself but due to mapping issues in bank, it was not updated in the Bank. Finally, it was updated in Bank on 21st Feb 2014. I lodge a complaint (13171542) but it is of no use. I need the subsidy amount for booking No\'s 237105, 330636 and 202463. If there is a delay from their end to transfer the subsidy, it should be acceptable to us. There was a delay from the bank and nothing else. The bill also shows that it is a subsidy cylinder. I need my hard earned money from the 3 subsidized cylinders. Even PM said Money does not grow on trees. Please help me getting the money. Hope to get a positive help/response. Thank You.
