Some of my near relatives have invested in Fixed Deposits and Monthly Income Schemes of the MPS Greenery Developers Ltd. having their HO at P112, Block-B ,Lake Town, Kolkata-700089.Presently the Co. have stopped payment of monthly interests. Also the maturity values of Fixed Deposits having maturity dates in June, 2013 have been denied. Please advice how shall we proceed to compel the Co. to pay back the interests and maturity amounts as per the respective bonds.
