hi, while applying for an pg entrance exam conducted by NBE, the fee (4250) for the same was deducted twice and by their own claim this has happened to almost 70% of applicants due to a glitch in website. its been 3months and despite numerous calls they only seem to postpone the issue and not even bothering to take our details (such as application no. etc) I\'ve emails with multiple reminders as proof of same.how should I go about to complain in redressal forum ?
