R/sir We have paid rs.60000 to Mr. Shubham for the diploma of polytechnic from CMJ University Meghalaya.But when we got the diploma we found that it was totally duplicate as the university was disclosed by the government long before the mentioned date of certificate issuing.We requested many time to MrShubham for the money but he always claims that the certificate is original.He says that prove the certificate duplicate i will pay you money.But the issuing date of the certificate shows that it was issued long after the university\'s dissolution.It shows that university did not issued the certificate.Please help me as we are in great trouble and depressed krishan sharma 09468820888
