Hi, I want to file a complain against a doctor, Dr. Zeenat BHMS Homeopath. I had taken a hair laser treatment form her and she guaranteed the effect. i paid around 25 thousand and there is no results. and now the doctor is not even ready to give me any appointment. rather they telling me to take consultation of some assistant of her\'s. they dont pick up calls as wel. It will be great if you can help me in this case. Regards,
