Consumer Redressal

SIR i sudesh negi consumer number 62851267 (BHARAT GAS)goa gas service VASCO has recently been transfered my lpg connection from indane KERALA to bharat gas VASCO GOA and bharat gas charged me 2304 for 02 cylinder and told that the gsubsidy will be credited in 4 or 5 days.after 10 days when subsidy not credit in my account then i made enquiry in bharat gas then they told me that you will not get the subsidy amount of those 02 cylinder. ihave taken a connection from BHARAT GAS(goa gas service vasco) on 24/02/2014 and for two cylinder bharat gas charged me 2304 Rupees and i was told that the subsidy of both cylinder will come in 4 or 5 days, after 10 days i made enquiry related to my subsidy, then bharat gas told me that you will not get the subsidy amount for those 02 cylinder. i contact bharat gas so many times but i did not get any satisfied answer from bharat gas,now over01 month gone i did not recieve my subsidy
