Consumer Redressal

I have paid Rs 3800 towards Annual Maintenance Contract to www.etechies.in on Nov 2013.Since my laptop is having issues now, they are not picking it for service as they are saying that the services are closed. How come they collect money from consumers by giving false promises and shut down the business with out informing consumers. It is huge day roberry. I would request CRF members to help me get the justice.
