I bought Karbonn A-25 (IMEI/ESN-2 No. 911308403035541) Mobile from SRIVASTAV COMMUNICATION. The invoice details are as follows: Invoice Date: 19-11-2013, I am facing one major problem in this Hand set: 1. From Last 4 month Its Battery Not Store. When I approached to your service Centre Shankla Telecom, Gurgaon, They (Costumer Care) told me that your phone will be reach next 15th Days. When My Mobile Already reached 4 times at service center but my phone not working properly. I told to karbonn Costumer Care on this matter many time but I am no satisfied from karbonn service center.
