how can i recover my 11674.2 Rs which is deducted from my account on behalf of non maintaining least amount of 10000/- without giving me any notice to maintain it on 10000/- from 5000/-rs and more over bank does not take any responsibility to tell me about my deduction via sms or phone or through email.
isnt it theft of money with his consent.
