Consumer Redressal

I have a complaint a agency which provides housemaids. The name of the agency is JOB SEARCH INDIA. We have paid them registration charges of Rs 7000 (rupees seven thousand) for their registration charges. They have promised that incase the maid leaves within one year, they will provide a replacement maid within 10 days or they will refund our registration fees. The maid which they provided left within one month. The agency has neither provided a replacement maid, nor have they refunded our money. We are following up with them everyday since last 2 weeks, but we are only getting excuses that the concerned person is unavailable so they are unable to refund the money. Please help us.
