Complaint against www.etechies.in. i have a valid AMC paid at Rs3800 to take care of laptop issues. Now i have a harddisk problem but the company is not responding to my queries nor attending the problem to rectify the issue. Escalated the issue to grievance team but still am helpless. I need the refund of my AMC amount as they are not providing the service as promised. I have the all the proofs of my payment. Kindly help me.
