Consumer Redressal

I had placed the order at Pizza Hut on 17/03/14 at 9.30pm which was supposed to be delivered at 10.08pm hence we waited till 10.30 pm for the order and called them up to inquire the status about the same where they promised that the order would be delivered in 7 minutes. We dispayed our patience till 11 pm and called them up again to inquire about the same and finally got incomplete order at 11.05 which was only a pizza that too cold and out of the requested items for delivery, Veg Pasta and Garlic Bread were missing from the parcel. We called them again to complain that we have received incomplete order and the pizza is not in eatable condition as it was not fresh. They turned up with the delivery once again at 11.30 pm however this time we discovered that the veg pasta we had ordered was missing and instead of that they delivered some chicken related item to us. I am a vegetarian and Pizza Hut has delivered non-veg at my home which has hurt my religious sentiments.
