dear sir,
I made payment for Resident Evil 5 game on 27th Nov 2013.the company selling this game is Gametal,
L.G.F, Surya Kiran Complex,
Old Mehraulii road (opposite SBI Main branch) Gurgaon, Haryana-122001. My order no is 100000060.After few days,I found that my order was cancelled. They informed me that the amount will refund after 15 days.But nothing happens. It is about 4 months. I like to refund my money in my account. So, please help me.
