Consumer Redressal

Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I, Radil Massey, have not yet received the subsidy for the two gas cylinders bought in the months of January and February 2014 for Rs. 1241 each. I have been to your office, Mohanil Gas Service umpteen times only to be guided to go to Vijaya Bank, Hauz Khas and check my account to no avail. All the required proofs have been submitted and verified in your good office and also in the respective banks. I request you to kindly look into my concern as, if no acion is taken, then, I will helplessly be left with no alternative but to move to the\' CONSUMER COURT.\' Also, responsibility may be fixed with the concerned officials who have failed to perform their task in my case.
