Consumer Redressal

I have a complaint against Mahanagar Gas pipeline; I got a bill for bi-Monthly as Rs. 2859 (Charged @ Commercial rate although I am non-comemrcial user) . My BP no is . 1100569793. They have bi monthly billing cycle, and slabs defined for calculation is Monthly basis, still bill comes bi-Monthly. Also the reading is taken every 4 months and for alternate bi-month it is calculated on assumption basis. Due to which my actual usage bill is not coming properly every time and they are making business with this. They should generate bill monthly and check reading monthly regularly, the problem won’t occur. My actual usage when using LPG cylinder was 1 cylinder max per month. Previously, at bi-Month the bill was around Rs. 1200 but now this month it got more than double (2859). The authorities are saying it’s on assumption earlier. I can’t talk to their mgmt authorizes or launch complaint, the customer service says whatever they are not authorized to make me talk with any higher mgmt person
