Dear Sir, Reg: Non supply of product/non refund of money Datawind makers of aakash/ubislate tablets has given the publicity as they are offerring the cheapest tablets in the world and as they have tied up with Govt of India for the supply of the tablets to students at a subsidised rate, i thought that the company is of good reputation and i have made online booking for the tablet in Nov 2011 and the contacted me in may 2012 and asked me pay the amount in advance so as to get the product in aug12. I had made the advance payment in June12. After they started postponing the delivery dates and for the last three months there is no reply from them, even for my sincere request for the full amount. i am enclosing herewith the full mail corresponds made with them for the product delivery and then for the refund. Please help me, to file a complaint in this regard. Hoping for the solution for my long pending problem. Yours faithfully, Varada Raja B K Please help me
