Consumer Redressal

I had placed the order for Casio ED265 Gents watch ammounting to Rs5610 on 2014-03-01 with order number 1768125940 sub order 2387136627. On 2014-03-07 I collected the shipment B991L0046491 from First Flight after paying the COD amount Rs5610. But after opening the packet I found that the item sent was Casio A265 with a MRP of Rs2395. I booked the item along with the cash memo with Bluedart Couriers with docket number 60168491364.Yesterday the item was received by snapdeal.Yet I donot get any confirmation from snapdeal whether the item will be replaced or money refunded. Everytime I call the Customer care I get the same reply as if being played from a record \"We have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department\". I think they are a cheater lot and have cheated me of my money.
