Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have taken a service from Roozgaar, but i dont have received any service from there. Now aftersome nacassary legal action they commit to pay my amount refund in 21 day. But till today i have passed 2 months and dont have received any amount from there end now mobile no also going switch off of him. Pls help me on this matter. And i know i m not only a single person to suffering from this, many of people have facing same problem. Pls take nacessary action against him.
