Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, This is to register a complain with regards to delay in refunding towards bill payment dated 13-Dec-2013 by restaurant named \'Vijayawada Style\' located at the following adress. 63, 5th Block, 4th Cross road, Industrial Layout Beside Purple Bar, Jyoti Nivas College Rd, Koramangala Industrial Layout, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka 560095. The bill amount is Rs 1980.00, which was paid by cash due to failure and uncertainly by the owner/managaer when the same was paid through debit card. So The total amount paid was Rs 3960.00. I was told that the debited amount would be refunded which has not happened till date. I have made frequent visits to the restaurant with very little or no cooperation from the staff of the restaurant. Kindly request you to look into the matter. I have also added the travel expense to the claim amount for the several visits. Looking forward for your assistance.
