Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir / Madam, I have place online order for Ubislate 7 C to Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd.8148, Jubilee Complex, Sultanwind Road, Amritsar - 143001 & my booking id is PM5C4AF. After placing order I have received confirmation that you will receive your delivery of Ubislate 7C within 1st october 2012 if you prepaid Rs.4498/- in advance. Hence have Paid Rs.4498/- Ch. No. 002196 drawn on IDBI Bank. Yet I have neither received my Ubislate 7C nor any information regarding delivery of the Ubislate 7C. Delivery date is confirmed as 1 st week of october 2012. As first week of October-2012 has now passed since I placed the order, yet i have not received the Ubislate 7C tab. I have sent a lot of emails & also i made a lot of calls since for delivery of tab but there is no response from their end. Afterwards i sent lot of emails for refund my payment but no refund of money & no other response is received. Please help me Regards Somnath Laxman Chikha
