I had requested for a change in address in the same locality for an existing internet connection in my name on the 14th of February 2014.
This was first first done for an incorrect address despite my repeated mails specifying the exact address. Uptil now, this has still not been done and consequently I have not been able to use any of theor internet services for close to a month.
On top of this , they have sent me repeated reminders for paying this month\'s bill which I have decided that I will not pay as I have not been able to utilise their services becasue of their pathetic service.
